• Do you accept returns/exchanges?

  RETURN POLICY

  Full Refund within 14 days of purchase.
  Store Credit within 30 days of purchase.
  Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached and returned as originally packaged.

• Where do you ship to?

  We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

• Do you ship packages internationally?

  At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

  If you ever happen to visit Chicago, we'd love to see you in-store!

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We are accepting the following payment methods:

  Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover 

• Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?

  Yes! You can join our Love Club loyalty program here.

  We also sell gift cards for use in-store and online. You can search for them in our products or purchase a physical card in-store.
